Privacy notice for the ARA waitlist
This notice is about the ARA waitlist on this website. It isn't about the ARA app.
Who we are

What we collect
When you join on this website: your first and last name, your email address, your mobile number and your country, and, if you give it, the name of your organisation. We also keep the address of the page you used, including the link that brought you there, and the date, time and exact words of the agreement you gave.
When you join on WhatsApp: your number, your WhatsApp name, and what you send us. If you send a voice note, we listen to it, note what we need, and delete the recording within 30 days.
This website doesn't use cookies. We count visits without identifying you. If you pause the animation at the top of the page, your browser remembers that choice on your device only.
Why we collect it
To add you to the waitlist, confirm it, and tell you about ARA, including when it's ready. If you give an organisation's name, we use it to talk to you about a licence.
We don't ask about your health or eyesight. Please don't include it in any field.
Our legal basis
Your consent, which you give by selecting the agreement box or by sending us the WhatsApp message. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees it
Our team at UPAB. HubSpot, the service that stores the list and sends our emails. Vercel, which hosts this website. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Where it's stored
In HubSpot, in its European Union data centre, which is outside the UAE. We protect this transfer as UAE law requires.
How long we keep it
Until ARA is available and for 12 months after, then we delete it. If you leave the list, we delete your details within 30 days and keep only a record that you left, so we don't contact you again.
Your choices and rights
You can leave the list at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP on WhatsApp, or tell us. You can also ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or withdraw your consent. Contact us at contact@ara-sight.com or +971 50 233 9441. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the version and date here, and tell you if the change affects you.
