Accessibility statement

Last reviewed 17 October 2026.

We built this website for blind and visually impaired people first, and for everyone else too.

What we aim for

WCAG 2.2 level AA, with the stronger AAA contrast level for body text. The site works with screen readers, magnification, large text, your own colour settings and a keyboard. We don't use an accessibility overlay.

At the top of the page, the dial turns and the phone moves to its next mode every 5 seconds. Further down, a drawn phone glides over a letter, a medicine bottle and a door. Each has a Pause animation button, and either one stops all of it, everywhere on the page. If you choose a mode yourself, the phone stays on it. While your keyboard focus is on a mode, it doesn't change. If you've asked your device to reduce motion, nothing moves.

How we test

Before every release, we test with VoiceOver on iPhone and Mac, TalkBack on Android and NVDA on Windows, in English and Arabic.

Known issues

Some screen readers may say the name ARA in different ways, especially on the Arabic pages.
